Jaime Giangrosso brings 23 years of experience in education as a teacher, athletic trainer, administrator, and education specialist with the ALSDE. Fifteen of these years were proudly spent in Trussville City Schools. She holds multiple education degrees from UAB, including an MAEd in Educational Leadership and an EdS in Physical Education, and she is on the UAB National Alumni Society Board of Directors. Jaime has a deep passion for watching students grow academically and socially. She finds great joy in serving the community she calls home and loves seeing former students fulfill their dreams. Away from work, she is usually at a baseball field, spending time with her husband, Pete, their two children, Emmy and Tripp, and their dog, Lorelei.
I am incredibly honored and beyond excited to return to the school that invested so much into me as a young educator! This opportunity is truly a full-circle moment, and it has ignited a passion in me to pour back into the staff, students, and their families and watch them grow. I look forward to serving with dedication, collaboration, and a deep commitment to this amazing community. Go Huskies!
